NEW CLASS! Morning Glow Yoga Begin your day with a smile with this complete yoga practice! A mindful sequence will be shared with a focus on the breath and awareness of the energy flowing through your body with the intention of connecting you to your center and preparing you for the day. This ALL LEVELS class is an invigorating and rhythmic practice that warms the body, calms the mind, and opens the heart. You will leave the studio with an amazing zest for life!
NEW CLASS! Miraculous Flow Yoga Inspired by the teachings of ‘A Course in Miracles’, this class will connect you to the ever-present Love inside and give you the tools to face any fear that may be showing up in your life. Traditional postures (Asanas), alignment focus, and breathing techniques (Pranayama) will be explored to help you strengthen your connection to your heart and encourage an even greater freedom of Spirit. You will learn to cultivate and embody the qualities of gratitude, compassion and joy in your practice. This is a gentle flow class appropriate for all levels.
Intermediate/Advanced Vinyasa This more intense flow class is for experienced, non-prenatal participants. Your practice will focus on linking movement with breath through a series of flowing postures. Less guidance will be provided by your instructor, allowing you to explore your personal practice while gentle yet motivating music accompanies your flow. Each class is different, yet all are guaranteed to challenge, motivate, and inspire.
Hatha Yoga These days, hatha is most often used to describe gentle, basic classes with no flow between poses. A hatha class will likely be a slow-paced stretching class with some simple breathing exercises and perhaps seated meditation. This is a good place to learn beginners’ poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga.

Sadhana Kundalini – We start with Japji (meditative prayer), then enjoy a Kundalini Yoga set, and then end with 62 minutes of meditations (the Aquarian Sadhana mantras). Sadhana means a daily spiritual practice. The yogic scriptures call for at least two-and-a-half hours of sadhana before the rising of the sun. The two-and-a-half hours is determined by the law of karma–everything you give, you receive back tenfold. Getting up for sadhana is a victory over time and doing sadhana together is a victory over space. Sadhana is a self-victory. You become incapable of being defeated!
Yin/RestorativePrenatal The gentle postures in this class are held between 1-3 minutes to deepen the stretch and target the muscle and joints. Music is played to enhance the meditative experience enabling the mind and body to connect and relax. Props are available to assist with passive stretching. A special final relaxation (shivasana) tailored for pregnant women will often involve using aromatherapy, towels, eye masks, blankets and light touch/massage.
Hip openers Prenatal This class specifically targets the muscles that are instrumental in childbirth, especially stretching the hips and strengthening the pelvic floor. Poses are held longer to enhance flexibility and deepen the stretch. Music is played while the instructor offers hands-on assistance and adjustments.
Vinyasa Grow with the Flow Prenatal – In this more gentle flow class, we focus on linking movement to the breath through a sequence of flowing postures with music playing in the background. The instructor provides guidance throughout the class, and will suggest and assist with modifications for all levels. A special final relaxation (shivasana) is tailored to pregnant women uses aromatherapy, blankets, towels, touch/massage or eye masks. The sequences and intentions differ in each class so that no two classes are alike. Suitable for all levels of prenatal yoga. No deep twists or inversions are presented in this class.
Meditation Our serene and peaceful studio is the perfect space to disconnect from the stresses of daily living. Come explore your inner world with a guided meditation inviting your mind to create a place of ease and rest within. You will also learn breathing and mindfulness techniques that you can use to ease worry, anxiety, stress, panic, pain, or depression.
